Boneh Renih is a long-standing private construction company owned by Anwar and Said Basul, specializing in the construction of residential buildings, offices and commercial and development projects. In 2014, the company acquired Matanis Michael Building Company Ltd. / Omer BR Development and Construction Ltd., a housing company that developed and built thousands of units. The company has an unlimited G5 Contractor’s classification. The acquisition of the company, established in 1976, included its reputation, knowledge and classifications. The company’s name was changed to Omar Bar Development and Construction Ltd.

Said Basul

General Manager / Founder

Born 1978; married with 3 children.
Founded the company together with his brother in 2000, after many years working as an independent contractor. He has held a number of positions at Boneh Renih, and is currently responsible for managing the company’s major projects.

Anwar Basul

Born 1977; married with 4 children.
After many years working as an independent contractor, Anwar founded the company together with his brother in 2000. He is currently responsible for leading the company and coordinating between the various companies operating in Israel.
